Any unexpected dental mishap can cause some panic, but fortunately, it is completely solvable. While veneers<\/a> are extremely durable and can last up to 20 years, it is possible for them to fall out. Your dentist is here to guide you on your next steps so you can return to your picture-perfect smile!<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Step #1: Keep Your Veneer Safe<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Place your veneer in a clean container to keep it safe. If it remained in one large piece, your dentist may be able to reattach it. Even if it is broken, collect as many pieces as possible and place them in the container. It will help you and your dentist to determine why your veneer fell out and how to replace it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step #2: Contact Your Dentist<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

After your veneer is in safe keeping, call your dentist as soon as possible. They will provide you with instructions on how to protect the exposed underlying tooth and set up an appointment.
